Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TrueSettle Financial Services Private Limited (“TrueSettle”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we value transparency and fairness in all our services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested by our clients.

1. Service Nature

TrueSettle provides loan settlement and debt resolution services, which are professional consulting and negotiation services. Once a service has been initiated, our team begins working with your creditors, and therefore, significant effort and resources are allocated immediately.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation of services within 3 working days from the date of payment, provided that no formal negotiations or communications with your creditors have been initiated by TrueSettle.

  • After this period, cancellations will not be entertained as our resources are already committed to your case.

    Clients pay our service fees on a monthly basis (in advance for each month). You may cancel the service at any time. No fee will be charged after cancellation. Fees already paid are strictly non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

  • If you cancel within the allowed window (3 working days), you will be eligible for a refund after deducting any applicable administrative or processing fees.

  • No refunds will be issued once negotiations, documentation, or settlement processes with creditors have commenced.

  • All refunds, if applicable, will be processed and credited within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

    Clients pay our service fees on a monthly basis (in advance for each month). You may cancel the service at any time. No fee will be charged after cancellation. Fees already paid are strictly non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Consultation charges, processing fees, sign-up fees and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf are strictly non-refundable.

5. Disputes

In case of disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, please write to us at support@truesettle.in. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 working days.

6. Policy Updates

The Company’s Privacy Policy can be found at Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use – and are not authorized to use – any portion of TrueSettle’s website, products, or services.
