Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TrueSettle, we value transparency and fairness. This Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.

1. Nature of Services

TrueSettle provides loan settlement and debt resolution services, which are professional consulting and only advisory in nature; we do not directly negotiate with the creditors or the lenders, banks, NBFCs, or any kind of financial institution. Once a service has been initiated, significant effort and resources are allocated immediately.

We do not collect settlement money or pay to the lender bank, NBFC, or any financial institution on behalf of our client. We only charge our consulting/advisory fee.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation of services within 3 working days from the date of payment, provided no formal negotiation’s consulting, or communications with the client (customer) have been initiated regarding the case by TrueSettle.

  • If cancellation is requested within this 3-day window, you will be eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy below).

  • After 3 days, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds. However, you may cancel services at any time to stop further monthly billing.

3. Refund Policy

  • If you cancel within the allowed window (3 working days), you will be eligible for a refund after deducting administrative or processing fees.

  • No refunds will be issued once consulting has begun. 

  • All refunds, if applicable, will be processed and credited within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Consultation charges, sign-up fees, processing fees, and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf are strictly non-refundable.

5. Disputes

For disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact us at support@truesettle.in. Our team will review and respond within 7 working days.

6. Policy Updates

TrueSettle reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our Website.

Nature of Services & Advisory Disclaimer

  • Advisory and Consultation Services: TrueSettle Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. (“TrueSettle.in”, “TrueSettle”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”) provides independent advisory and consulting services. This includes guidance, information, and strategies related to debt management, loan settlement, financial planning, and legal consultation in matters related to debt obligations.

  • No Financial Transactions: TrueSettle does not provide loans, credit facilities, banking services, or NBFC services, nor do we engage in direct financial transactions with banks or financial institutions.

  • Consultative Purpose Only: All services offered by TrueSettle are consultative in nature. Clients remain solely responsible for actions or decisions taken based on our advice.

  • Legal Representation Disclaimer:
    TrueSettle primarily provides legal consultation and advisory support.
    In certain cases, if requested by the client and deemed appropriate (such as civil matters directly linked to debt/loan obligations), TrueSettle may represent clients in court.
    However, this is not applicable in all cases and will depend on the specific circumstances. Clients should not assume automatic legal representation under any service package.

  • Limitation of Liability: TrueSettle shall not be liable for any outcomes, losses, or consequences arising from actions taken by clients based on our advisory or consultation services.
